Laid back holiday House Nestled Amongst The Trees
This well equipped, spacious, light and airy 3 bedroom "home away from home" is located just a short walking distance from both Bawley & Cormorant beaches and features a separate downstairs bedroom with it's own bathroom. Plenty of space to chill out in with a extra living space for the kids.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen /dining room, plus a fantastic loft loungeroom where you can read, relax, or watch TV on one of the many lounges.
The deck covers the front, side and rear of the house with plenty of places to catch the sun (or entertain guests from).

Bawley Point is known for some of the best beaches and surfing spots on the NSW Coast. Discover the beautiful beaches, excellent waves and enjoy a range of water sports and walking tracks with spectacular coastal views.
Take a short drive to Murramarang National Park; a very unique Coastal Park a must for Nature Lovers. Other National Parks only a short drive away include the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.
Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays. There is a range of farm animals including Alpaca's, Deer and Sheep to keep the children entertained.
South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters, only 30 minutes drive from Bawley Point.
Just 30 minutes drive west, is Clyde River Berry Farm, Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey.

Great deck but property is tired
It’s a potentially good property relatively close to the beach and the extended rear deck was great. But the property is tired and needs maintenance and lacks some facilities eg no bedside lights. The septic tank required roots removing during our stay to function, the windows looked not have been cleaned for a long time, the downstairs area was musty. Even the kitchen clock was not functioning. It needs work to be a reasonable rental property in future. We liked the extended rear deck, since we rented the property some years ago.
I note that this app does not allow you to select the year 2021. So I was forced to say I stayed in Jan 2020 when I actually stayed in Jan 2021.

Great house for a chilled family holiday. Everything worked and the kitchen was well-enough appointed for our needs. Simple yet functional. A few more lamps in bedrooms and overall lighting quality could improve the house. Good separate downstairs bedroom with bathroom/laundry perfect for kids if they're old enough to be left alone at night. Loved the back deck with BBQ and enjoyed the lawn and Rosellas. Movies on the upstairs mezzanine couches worked a treat and the 3 minute walk to the beach a massive bonus.

Good location, close to 2 beaches, sunny verandah
Property not very clean, only double beds in main house.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed this fabulous location! We endevour to ensure the highest standard of our holiday properties, but also realise there is always room for improvement, hence highly valuing your feedback. I do understand a staff member offered to send a cleaner right away to wipe down the outdoor furniture and remove several bugs but you declined. We do agree the property is in a great location and close to 2 amazing beaches.... we hope to see you again!

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
