Overlooking the expanses of the Southern Ocean, the breaking surf and Aireys Inlet Lighthouse the view and proximity to the ocean front is first class. The home itself is all original and while modest and a little dated, includes many family features.

Open plan kitchen/living/dining, three bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry on entry upper level. Downstairs a separate 1 bedroom self contained flat with internal and external access provides a great space for the extra family members or friend to come and go as they please.

The home has a spacious ocean viewing outdoor terrace and ample undercover off street parking. An established outdoor garden is another great feature of the home.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
