The Location - Kiah is opposite Nelson Bay Beach and has private stairs that lead to the foreshore, then just follow the path 500 metres along the foreshore to the marina, boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. Park the car and walk to everything!
The Unit - This top floor, front facing unit has views from the balcony right across the Harbour, the views are uninterrupted and offer a panoramic picture perfect capture of the marina/Nelson Bay/Fly Point. Enjoy this stunning view from the balcony and the amenities on offer such as the gas Weber BBQ at your convenience. The property was fully renovated in August 2017 and offers an open plan living area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, a separate dining area and a fully functional kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, cook-top and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed and two king single beds, each with ceiling fans. A bathroom with a shower and an external laundry with a washer and dryer. Secure parking in a single lock up garage.

Amazing views
This unit had amazing views, was in an ideal location close to shops, restaurants and across from the bay. The unit was beautifully furnished and well equipped. We totally enjoyed our stay here, were just a little disappointed on arrival by cleanliness. Bins were full from previous tenants and bathroom was not as clean as expected. Other than that, we would recommend this place to others as it really was a lovely unit in a great location with spectacular views.

Amazing views!
Perfect apartment for our family of 4. View from the balcony was just amazing and the stairs were good exercise given all the eating we did on our little getaway! Only negative was the shower leaked so was a bit noisy at night. We squeezed in dolphin watching, camel riding, sand boarding and putt putt golf. Thanks for the great memories!

Perfect view
Beautiful unit with all the comforts of home and a view to die for. Right in the heart of the Bay,handy to everything and walking distance to most.Only downside is no lift and unit is on 3rd floor. Wasn't too bad though.

Location and views!
Beautifully decorated and clean property. Ideally located across the road from clean and safe swimming, 5 minutes walk into Nelson Bay and marina. Great views. But to get those views there are stairs!

Fantastic accommodation in Nelson Bay
What a view of the Bay! Absolutely fantastic apartment! Very centrally located to the marina of Nelson Bay and views of the dolphins swimming pass from the balcony. Apartment is beautifully decorated and presented. The photos definitely don’t do the apartment justice. I would highly recommend this apartment and will be returning in the future. Thank you.

Amazing views, great location!
We loved everything about this place inside and out. It ticked all boxes. It was perfect for our family of 4. We were spoilt with unadulterated and breathtaking views of the bay. Every room had a view, even the kitchen.
The apartment is beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy, the place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there was BBQ.
Every day, we were greeted by a couple of rainbow lorikeets that let us feed them breadcrumbs. We also spotted dolphins in the bay. We've stayed in many different places in Nelson Bay, but this is our favorite. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
