The Location - Kiah is opposite Nelson Bay Beach and has private stairs that lead to the foreshore, then just follow the path 500 metres along the foreshore to the marina, boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. Park the car and walk to everything!
The Unit - This renovated, second floor unit offers views across the harbour from the large balcony with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The air conditioned living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player with iPod dock, dining area and kitchen with microwave, cook top, oven and dishwasher. Two bedrooms (queen bed, tri bunk and a fold up bed), both with flat screen TV's and DVD players, main bathroom with a shower (no bath) and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Secure parking in a single lock up garage.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Great location
Great location close to beach and marina.
The unit was basic and we believe needs a good cleaning both inside and out (and a few things replaced and upgraded), but contained what we needed for a comfortable enough stay. The beds were ok. Worth noting that there is no WiFi if this is important to you. Also the front door to the complex was frequently left open so wouldn't say it was the most secure building.
Winnings check in and out was easy and quick. We might stay with Winnings again, but not at this property.

It is only through feedback like yours that we can maintain and where necessary improve on the services that we provide to our valued guests. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. House keeping was informed to do a pre entry clean but clearly this was not completed. We are investigating into this further.

Great location, cleaning could be much better
Great location, great unit and close to everything. In my opinion, the poor cleanliness of the unit detracted from the experience, thick dust on main bedroom blind, dirty dishes and dust on the decor. Floors needed a good clean as did the outdoor area. You can tell the owners wanted you to feel at home, as it was well furnished and plenty of dishes and cutlery, pity the cleanliness let the overall experience down.

Perfect family retreat

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
