Air Conditioned Duplex Near The Shops

The Location: This duplex is situated in a quiet cul de sac in Salamander Bay. The area is packed with activities such as ten pin bowling, toboggan hill park and a public outdoor pool. The shopping centre is across the road, as well as a tavern, fast food outlets and gyms. The very beautiful Roy Wood Reserve is 1.5kms away, and offers a sandy beach and calm waters, it has BBQ facilities and a perfect place to relax and watch the magical sunsets. Nelson Bay is approximately 4kms away.

The Duplex: This ground floor air conditioned home has been recently refurbished making it a very desirable holiday stay. The open plan area includes a lounge area with flat screen TV, a dining area and a fully functioning kitchen including a dishwasher. This area leads out to a level deck which then steps down to an undercover area with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. There is also a rumpus room with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed.

There are two bedrooms both offering queen size beds, one bedroom has a split air conditioning system with the other fitted with a ceiling fan. The accessible bathroom has been specifically designed for people with disabilities, plus there is a second toilet in the property. The laundry is fitted with both a front loading washing machine and dryer.

Other features include Wi-Fi, wheelchair access with ramp, off street parking and front and rear video surveillance for your security. There are definitely smoke alarms on the premises.

2 Nighy stay in Keel Street 3/37

We arrived to check in at 2pm and found the house was not cleaned all towels were on the floor etc so we called and informed then we were told the cleaners will arrive in 1 and a half hours and then they took about 2 hrs to clean. We could not use accomodation and settle in as planned at 2pm and lost all those hrs. I called and asked if we could have a late checkout for the error they made I was told to send an E_mail to real estate management which I did and called back they said they will come back to us but never did. Very poor customer service which needs to have high focus. The place overall was very comfortable with all what we needed. Very well set up beautifull decorated and well equiped with kitchen and with a big fridge and laundry etc.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
