A modern, tastefully decorated villa overlooking the golf course
The Location - Overlooking Horizons Golf Course which is a par 72, 18 hole golf course designed by Graham Marsh and Ross Watson. In addition to the course there is also a pro shop, clubhouse and cafe. All this and just over two kilometres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and Tavern and just ten minutes drive to Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, restaurants, the marina and all of Port Stephens beaches.
The Villa - Villa 133 is a modern villa ideal for a golfing short break or holiday for family or friends. There is a paved patio with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, leading in to open plan and air conditioned living and dining with a flatscreen TV, Netflix, DVD player and sound bar, double sofa bed, and a full kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and flatscreen TV's, with a queen bed in one bedroom and two king singles that can be joined in the second bedroom (linen supplied in both bedrooms), plus a double sofa bed in the lounge fit for a small child. There are two bathrooms and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Allocated offstreet parking for one car plus guest parking.
Relax on the patio after a game of golf, watch the sun go down and you may even see some of our local kangaroos.
Book your golf when you book your accommodation (in 'Extras') and if you are organising a group, ask about our 'Play and Stay,' packages too.
Free unlimited WiFi and Netflix available.
Personal linen and bed makes are included at this property (sheets, towels). Guests just need to bring their own toiletries.

Well equipped kitchen and facility. Great for couples with the separate bathrooms and outdoor living spaces. Perfect for a golf getaway.

Our stay
We had a great stay at Horizons Vila 133,the Villa is set up nicely with a fully equipped kitchen, the only negative thing about it was the beds were a bit uncomfortable we did enjoy our stay and we would come again.

Great location & beautifully styled Villa
Great 2-bedroom Villa - could easily sleep six (sofa bed in the lounge) with plenty of linen. Right on the golf course which looked in great shape - was there with family so didn't play golf this time but would gladly come back for a boys' golf weekend. Everything about the Villa was modern and beautifully styled.Teenagers were quite happy about Wi-Fi and Netflix. Kitchen and Laundry were well equipped.
It would have been nice if the Retreats swimming pools were operational but this did not detract from our stay. We were close enough to various beaches including sand dunes (camel rides, dune boarding) and marina so everyone was happy. Plenty of shopping centres, clubs & restaurants nearby so we mixed it up by dining out on few occasions and cooking in.
Will definitely come back.

More than we expected!
Villa 133 is newly renovated and fitted out beautifully with style and tasteful furnishings.
No detail has been spared and we assume it is owned by someone who loves the Horizons Resort as much as we do.
The only negative was collecting the key from an incredibly difficult TOO CLEVER BY HALF Alloggio system that DID NOT WORK with a phone APP and should be shut down immediately as it took at least half an hour and certainly spoilt the arrival experience.

We understand there have been a few issues with some guests unlocking keys, due to the fact that the reception was poor at the key hub location. The key hub has now been moved closer into Nelson Bay so hopefully these issues have been resolved.

Everything about this villa was the best. We were at Horizons with a group which had booked 8 villas for a week. All the villas were pretty good but 133 was definitely a cut above the others. Includes dishwasher, wifi, laundry, bbq and is fully equipped with everything.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
