A two bedroom villa, overlooking Horizons Golf Course.
The Location - Horizons Golf Club is a par 72, 18 hole golf course designed by Graham Marsh and Ross Watson. In addition to the course there is also a pro shop, clubhouse and cafe. All this and just over two kilometres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and Tavern and just ten minutes drive to Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, restaurants and the marina.
The Villa - Ideal for two couples or four singles, this is a great villa for a golfing getaway. Air conditioned living with golf course views, a flat screen TV with inbuilt DVD player, dining area and a kitchen with microwave, cook top (no oven) and a fridge. Two bedrooms, each with king beds that can be split to make two king singles, a second TV and inbuilt DVD in the main bedroom, and two ensuite bathrooms each with spa baths and showers. Paved outdoor area with gas BBQ, access to an external laundry with washer and dryer (coin operated), and off street parking for one car.
Relax on the patio after a game of golf, watch the sun go down and you may even see some of our local kangaroos.

6 Golf villas at Horizons, 123,124, 133, 134, 135.
Dealing with Winning Holidays was a great experience as everybody tried to help but there seemed to be some internal communication breakdowns, but in the end all was good. 5 of the 6 villa's were fine, but my villa #123 was not a great experience as the entire stay there was a disgusting smell throughout that wasn't abated by having all doors and windows opened. Also there was no bed linen in the rooms. The owner offered me a late checkout on the last day which I thought was funny as I couldn't get out of the stinking apartment fast enough.

Great place.
Great location, easy to get keys and find. All very pleasant. The previous occupants could have washed up better, but that's how it goes sometimes. In general, a great place, going back ASAP.

Adequate. Resort pool neglected
Last minute vacation. Resort location ideal. Loved the local wildlife. Resprt facilities (excluding the golf course) was old, neglected. Disappointing considering the nightly rate I paid.

Everything you need
We were 3 guys staying for a couple of days of golf. This villa is spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ which we made good use of. Alloggio who manage the property were very helpful with some special arrangements we needed in relation to linen and picking up the key.
Highly recommend this Villa for a stay at Horizons.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
