The Location - This great holiday home backs onto the Tomaree National Park offering a peaceful natural bush land setting and access to the many trails for you to explore. You can lay back and relax, or close by you will find the beautiful beach side haven of Fingal Bay (1.2km away). This is a fantastic beach for all the family offering a patrolled surf area (from September through to April) and a great place for toddlers and younger children at the Southern end of the beach. Also located at the beachfront are some great dining options. The popular Longboat Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner during the busy season and Saltwater Restaurant located above the surf club for amazing views and great food. Closer to home (only 250m from duplex) is the Fingal Bay Bowling Club offering affordable meals. Shoal Bay is only 3.5km away and offers spectacular views out through the heads and over the bay with a range of dining options and boutique shops. You will also find a bike hire shop here as there are many lovely tracks and paths to ride, also kayak and stand up paddle hire during the Summer and Easter holidays. Further afield is the lovely township of Nelson Bay located approx 6km away for all your shopping needs including many boutique shops as well as an array of cafes, bars and restaurants if you feel like dining out.
The Duplex - This inviting immaculate duplex allows you space, freedom and privacy of a home away from home, designed over two levels and perfectly positioned next to the beautiful Tomaree National Park. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas form the perfect base to entertain family and friends whilst harboring the views through the glass sliding doors to the outside deck area, complete with outdoor furnishings, gas BBQ, grassed area and offering a tranquil natural bush land back drop. The sitting area comes fitted with a comfortable stylish corner lounge, mounted flat screen TV a split system air conditioner with the windows dressed with sheer curtains. The well equipped fresh modern kitchen offers a large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a Nespro coffee machine (BYO pods) and then on through to the laundry providing a washing machine, dryer and plenty of cupboard and bench space.
Continuing to the first floor you will be greeted to three good sized carpeted bedrooms, the master offers a king size bed, ensuite with corner glass shower, built in robes and a smart TV with access to the upper balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds and a TV. The main bathroom comes complete with separate glass shower, corner spa bath, vanity and toilet. Ducted air conditioning is provided up stairs. The duplex also offers a single lock up garage and level driveway parking for a second car or small boat. There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Fantastic
Loved every minute of our stay a little mix up with keys and the Air- conditioner was on a timer with made it very cold through out the night with little ones.
The TV remote is wearing out did not work all the time.
Outdoor not fault location or the property very clean and tidy.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
