Blue Haven Beach House is a large coastal home with ocean views, within walking distance to Yaroomba Beach. The beautiful home sleeps up to 14 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are in a separate 2-bedroom apartment, presenting a variety of options for an extended family holiday, a group of friends, or a smaller family needing their own space.

THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house encompasses 4 bedrooms including a generous ground floor studio/master and media room, extending upstairs to the expansive open plan lounge, dining, kitchen with spacious front and rear decks, and 3 other bedrooms including another master and ensuite.

2-BEDROOM APARTMENT BY THE POOL
With a coastal feel, this comfortable apartment offers a lovely bushland backdrop with a large master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. It features louvered windows into the lounge/dining area, a lovely spacious bathroom and a basic little kitchen.

There is no internal access to this apartment, but the back stairs up to the rear deck and main kitchen or covered pathway to the front door ensures privacy or quick access upstairs.

This is a fantastic kitchen for family who enjoy cooking together with bench seating and bifold windows that open onto the covered rear deck. With stools at the kitchen bench and on the deck for onlookers, meal preparation time can be a family affair. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooktop, a cook's oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and a family sized fridge.

This basic kitchenette is ideal for easy, light meals or making a cup of tea or snacks in the microwave – this is not set up as a full cooking space.

The front balcony has views of the ocean, BBQ area and outdoor dining, with a couple of comfy chairs to sit and enjoy the day. The fully covered rear deck offers a large lounge and separate dining, with a view over the pool and beyond to the lush native Yaroomba Bushland Reserve.

With lots of nooks and comfy corners, this holiday house is the ultimate retreat with plenty of space to escape the crowd if you need time for yourself. Comfortable and stylish, yet rustic and quirky, this house welcomes you like a warm hug as soon as you walk through the door.

** LOCATION **
Yaroomba Beach borders Point Arkwright which is a beautiful headland 2.5km south of Coolum Beach. There are fabulous rock pools alive with all kinds of sea creatures. The point is particularly popular for spear and rock fishing, and is a favourite spot on the coast for surfers.

There is a wonderful bush track through the reserve that meanders along the headland cliff with lookouts to take in the beautiful coastline, north and south. Picnic tables and viewing spots make this track one of the local’s favourites. A walk up Mount Coolum is another must do, with a well constructed track that allows you to pick your pace.
