The Location - Our Beachaway Fuller Street townhouses are located on a great surfing beach, less than 150m away, with world famous Arrawarra Headland nearby. Fish from the beach, off the rocks or bring your boat and launch it down the road. Laze yourself on the verandas, immerse in nature’s beauty, or enjoy time together as a family. 20 minutes from Coffs Harbour means you can have the best of both worlds to take a day trip and visit attractions like the Big Banana, Pet Porpoise Pool, Clog Barn, cafes and shops. There is great value Fish and Chips at Mullaway Beach down the road. These two homes have everything you need to create your own dream holiday.
The Houses - The two homes 11a & 11b can accommodate up to 17 people, which is perfect for a large family getaway, or a tight-knit group of friends. Experience a great location and roomy space at an affordable price .
11a - Our first property, 11a is a three bedroom, two bathroom, double storey accessed via internal stairs house. Our downstairs area has a kitchenette, living room and two bedrooms. Our kitchenette has a refrigerator and freezer combination, cupboard and bench space, along with lots of power points to plug in your appliances. The smaller lounge area downstairs has a beautiful garden and beach view. There’s no need for a television downstairs when you can watch the waves roll in. Downstairs also has our internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and our two bedrooms, one with a double bed, lounge and a sliding door, and the other with two singles and a bunk, perfect for the kids to sleep in.
Upstairs you have access to the beautiful views, balcony, dining, main kitchen and living area. This fully equipped kitchen has another fridge as well as an oven, microwave, cooktop, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, basic dishes, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Dine inside or out with outdoor furniture on the balcony to soak up the sun and the views. The second living area has a flat screen Smart television, a ceiling fan and a sliding door onto the balcony to relax after a big day of seeing Coffs, swimming, boating or fishing. The main bedroom is also upstairs supporting a queen sized bed, two comfy chairs and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom features a shower over bath, vanity and toilet.
Parking is available via the single lock-up garage or there is parking in the driveway.
11b - Featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen allows easy meal preparation, dine on the veranda and gaze out over the water as you experience the soothing sights and sounds of the ocean.
An open plan living room and nice comfy furnishings plus a second living room downstairs which is great for the kids. The new kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with all your holiday needs.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, the second bedroom downstairs has a trilogy bunk. The third bedrooms upstairs has a queen and forth has a single bed. A sofa bed is located in the living room, which means that technically this house can hold up to 9 guests. There is a bathroom upstairs has a bath and shower, vanity toilet and downstairs is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Parking is available within the double lock up garage or in the driveway.
Linens and bed makes are provided for both properties. There are smoke alarms at this property.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
