This single level home is the ideal family holiday home, offering fully ducted air-conditioned comfort with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 2 master bedrooms have their own ensuites, with one boasting a gorgeous shell bath to luxuriate in and private deck with tranquil bush views. There is a lovely open plan living space which incorporates the sleek, galley style kitchen and the dining space overlooking the pool and trees beyond.

The tiled, covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ overlooks the bush and inground swimming pool.

** LOCATION**
Mount Coolum and Marcoola Beach is fast becoming one of the Sunshine Coast's most popular destinations, with its proximity to Coolum Beach and Noosa Heads. It is also only 10-minutes from Maroochydore Airport.

The white sand surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for board riders of all levels. The beach is pet friendly and popular for fishing.

For golf enthusiasts, the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf Clubs are a short drive away so be sure to pack the clubs.

There are also several local cafes within easy walking distance and it's just a short drive to the local shopping centre at Mount Coolum, with Coolum Beach 10 minutes away.
