The Location - Beach House overlooks Fingal Bay Beach (patrolled from September to April) and is just 1km along the walking/bike track to the Fingal Bay Surf Club, Longboat Cafe and a fantastic kids playground. Fingal Bay is away from the crowds, yet only a 5 minute drive to Shoal Bay and a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay.
The Property - Beach House is a modern ground floor duplex. It has open plan living and dining with ceiling fans, flat screen TV, Foxtel, free wi-fi, Xbox 360 Kinect (with three games), kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, upright stove and a highchair. Two large bedrooms (queen bed, two king single beds and a fold up bed), ceiling fan in main bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Plus a covered outdoor area with gas BBQ and a single lock up garage.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Fingal is as good as qld
We had a great time in fingal ,the house was in a great spot for the money even with it being a bottom floor of a 2 story house .Veiws are excellent for a non beachfront house. Air conditioner would be a plus to be added .we found that the property wasn't as clean as I'd expect but overall fine (we own a cleaning business so I'm very picky lol)no garbage bags ,1toilet roll . only the cookware is warn out but plenty of stuff/ pans to choose from so it's ok no tea towels or anything to hand wash / scrub pans ect so had to buy it all ect but look overall .we had a amazing week and despite my comments. I will go back ��

Great location
Loved the location. Hot water ran out despite switching gas bottles as instructed. Wifi didn’t work. Toilet flush broke. No plug for kitchen sink. Tidy but floor and kitchen cupboards a bit grubby. Fitted sheets would have been good in linen pack rather than 2 flat sheets.

Great location and spacious
Lovely house, interesting way to collect and return the keys. The house is clean, well equipped with clean ironed bedsheets. Short walk to Fingal bay, bring a bike as there’s a cycling/ walking trek.

Perfect home away from home
Took my family away for hubby’s birthday and we absolutely loved it. The house is perfect, has everything you need an more. Lovely view, comfortable beds, Netflix for the kids if it’s a rainy day. It’s just wonderful.

A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING
Location is the biggest asset for this property. Refreshing the bedspreads with a wash, some new pillows, some new globes in some of the light fittings, making sure all the TV remote controls work ,the garage door remote controls don't work, and a general cleanup up and tidy up are a few things that are well and truly overdue. Generally the property is large enough for 4-5 guests, and is quite comfortable, but it's the small and plentiful things that don't work which is off putting.

Awesome location!!
The house was very good for our young family, spacious inside and great grass area in the backyard!!! we loved the location, National Park on one side and short walking distance to the beach on another! Only one thing I would recommend is to wash/refresh quilts, mattress protectors, pillows etc. Otherwise house has everything what you need to enjoy your holidays! who knows we might be back!!

Great location.
Loved the sounds of the waves and the view from the dining room and the kitchen but we found we sunk into the lounge so wasn't comfortable. I also found the bed to be too high for me as I'm a short person but once in it was good. The bottle of wine was really nice. I would have preferred for it to be stocked with the basic things.

Perfect Stay!!
We rented this house for a family of 4 adults and everything was spot on!! House is beautiful and comfortable with spectacular views. All the facilities were top notch!! We had a superrr stay and will be definitely back again!!

Superb Place
Stayed for 4 nights (24-28 May 2018). When we arrived, we had issues with a blocked drain in the bathroom and a lighting issue in the lounge. Called the next morning and in no time, a plumber and electric came and fixed them and the owner came around and apologised and gave us a bottle of wine. Now that's GREAT service!
We loved the place. Fantastic position, lots of space and great garden and BBQ facilities.
One of the best residences we have stayed at.
We thought Fingal Bay was the best place in and around Port Stephens.

Perfect Location, Great Apartment!
Perfect unit over looking Fingal Bay. Short walk to beach, shops and bush walks. Unit was excellent, very peaceful and roomy. Hot outdoor shower and comfortable beds. Large kitchen, bedroom and living area. Single lock up garage very tight to get into for a large car (SUV) so parked outside the unit during the stay. Will definitely return in the future!

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
