The Location - Bay Serene is in the leafy Little Beach area, between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay (only a few minutes drive to either for restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping). Only a few hundred metres walk to Little Beach for calm water swimming, scuba diving, picnics, BBQ's and a boat ramp. The ideal base for your Port Stephens holiday.
The House - This double storey house has been fully renovated with polished floorboards, air conditioner in every room, open plan living and dining with flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, a modern kitchen with a coffee machine (aldi pods), dishwasher, microwave, cook top and oven. Three bedrooms (a queen bed and four single beds),a main bathroom and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Weber coals BBQ available.
Single lock up garage plus driveway parking for one car or a boat.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Fabulous location and spacious house!
The location is hard to beat, literally a two minute walk across the park to Little Beach.
Little Beach is a beautiful beach with warm, cam water and the most amazing sunsets.
The house is really spacious and well stocked. You even get a view of the sea from one of the dining areas. A couple of dirty shelves and bedding, but that’s the fault of the agency that look after these properties and would be the same no matter where you stayed in the area i’d imagine.
The only thing we missed was having a balcony as there isn’t a real outdoor setting to have a glass of wine once the kids are in bed! Other than that it was really a great and very comfortable house though. Would definitely recommend.
It is also 100 metres from little beach boathouse, one of the most amazing bars we’ve been to with a deck right on the water. Didn’t make it to the restaurant unfortunately but it looked great.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
