This architecturally designed, resort style property will have you relaxing and unwinding the minute you step inside! Ideally positioned high on Bannisters Point with million dollar views of Mollymook Beach, take them in all day long. Or only a few minutes by foot and you're on the sand or in the crystal clear salty waters at North Mollymook!
Daydream or laze around with a book by the pool during the warmer months or cuddle up by the wood fire during the cooler months. There is also reverse cycle air-conditioning to make your stay comfortable all year round.
This laid back holiday home offers privacy and solitude allowing you to escape for a few days while also being located close to local restaurants, café and shops. Just a short stroll around the corner awaits the world-famous Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant Bannisters Hotel. For those looking for a more casual setting be sure to visit Bannister's Pool Bar or the Rooftop Bar & Grill - indulge in the killer cocktails and mouth-watering food while taking in the stunning ocean views.
With five bedrooms and three bathrooms there is plenty of room for the whole family, multiple couples or a couple of families. The gourmet kitchen fitted with European appliances will bring out in the inner chef in you, or simply enjoy a BBQ on the back terrace.
The sunken lounge is an ideal location to relish in your favourite sports, TV shows or movies, with an Apple TV, Netflix - WIFI available for your use.
All linen is also provided for your stay - luxury sheets, towels, face cloths, hand towels and bath mats.
There is a double garage with internal access and also parking for two additional cars or a boat in the driveway.
The property is pet friendly ensuring your fur baby can come on holidays with you. There is a secure fenced off safe area outside the laundry while you're out, and a large grassed area next to the pool when you're at home. But please do not let your pet inside or on the decks and if they do need to sleep inside or they're a bit noisy when you're out, the garage easily transforms into a sixth bedroom with pet bed provided.
The property is non-smoking inside however if you want to smoke you're most welcome to outside but please dispose of your butts in an outdoor rubbish bin or the ashtrays provided.
The solar heated pool is set to 22 degrees between September and April but the temperature varies depending on how sunny it has been. It does take time to heat the massive amount of water after winter, once again depending on the amount of sun and temperature.
Due to the layout and bedding configuration of this property it is more suited to family groups with a maximum of 8 adults.
**220 Mitchell is located in a RESIDENTIAL area, please keep noise to a minimum after hours.

Excellent family stay
We spent almost 3 weeks here with various family members visiting us. It's a excellent place for shared groups with fabulous open plan Kitchen, dining, living. There are various sets of stairs making it not suitable for crawling babies with 100% attention on them. A couple of little problems were attended to super quickly by Tegan.

Comfortable and Perfect Location
We were 2 families with teenagers who had a fabulous winter week here. We loved the log fire and ducted heating to make the house cosy while enjoying the stunning views. The living areas are ideal and comfortable for 2 families with plenty of room for all. The beds very comfortable, the house immaculately clean. We enjoyed the walking track down to the beach opposite the house. We will return!

Stunning location and property
Such a gorgeous property with plenty of room! Super clean, comfortable and so conveniently close to the beach and shops. Definitely will be coming back next year!

Amazing family holiday!
Where to start?... This was by far the most amazing holiday house we have ever stayed in! This house had everything we could need for our two families (including five kids). We've stayed at nearly a dozen different holiday houses around the Ulladulla/Mollymook/Narrawallee area and this was by far my favourite. Top quality linen & towels, soaps & shampoos, amazing pool & board games to keep the kids busy. Super big TV with Foxtel and WIFI (a dream for our internet-addicted teenager)!!! The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom (and bath!) was such a treat. With two families in the house, both sets of parents were able to enjoy a bedroom with ocean views and ensuite - king bed and fancy bathroom upstairs, queen bed and lovely ensuite downstairs. We enjoyed the selection of quality teas and pod coffees each morning, and would occasionally walk down the road to Mollymook shops to grab coffees from Tallwood Cafe/Restaurant. The little track down to North Mollymook beach was a hidden surprise. If your standing on the driveway facing the sea - look to the left and you'll see walkers disappear into the trees. They are actually walking 200m down a track to the beach! We took our surfboards and boogie boards down a couple times and had some great sessions. There is also an easier (but longer) walk to the beach down Mitchell Parade, then Beach Road. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a dinner party for over 20 people! (Big family - visiting for a siblings wedding) Miele dishwasher did a great job of keeping the kitchen tidy and the washing machine & dryer were much appreciated for the bub's clothing. We were lucky enough to have several days of hot sun, so the pool was used throughout the day and air-conditioning turned on in the evening. One thing I would definitely suggest if you've got babies who are on the move is to bring (or arrange) an extra wide baby gate for the top of the stairs. We brought our concertina folding playpen that worked a treat (the span at the top of the stairs is about 1.5metres). Booking through Raine & Horne was an absolute breeze, and both Lyn and Mel were incredibly helpful answering questions in the lead up to our stay. Picking up and dropping off keys was a breeze and they even allowed a much appreciated late check-out so we could spend some time at the beach one last time! I highly recommend this house if you're looking for something extra special. It's a little pricier than some other places but you won't be dissappointed - I promise you!

Stunning house, stunning location!
The perfect house for a weekend away with friends. Comfortably slept 4 couples with ample space. The house has everything you need to stay in and cook up a storm, or just sit poolside and enjoy the sun then stroll down to Bannister's Pool Bar for great food.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
