Just a 450m stroll to the shoreline of Mollymook Beach, this centrally located holiday beach house is close to everything Mollymook has to offer including cafes, children's playground and the Golf Club, and is equipped with all the comforts to enjoy a great holiday.

This modern 3-bedroom, 2-storey apartment is great for the whole family. The large undercover front deck provides north-facing ocean views and an outdoor lounge, dining setting and BUGG BBQ — ideal for summer entertaining! And the sleek caesarstone kitchen provides everything you need for the nights you choose to cook at home, plus a coffee machine for the mornings.

The open plan layout upstairs with reverse air-conditioning provides a great area for the family to interact in, as well as to unwind and relax. This level includes 2 bedrooms; one with Queen bed and the other a Tri-bunk, as well as a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.

The ground floor includes a rumpus room for the children with a TV, Wii, Xbox 360, games and DVDs, along with a combined bathroom/laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a bedroom with a queen bed.

The garage is for owner's use only but there is off-street parking available for one car.

We found 1/42 Ocean St to be well presented with light filled rooms, modern style, comfortable beds. The balcony was our favorite to catch the autumn sun.

Everything you need

1/42 Ocean St Mollymook was beautiful place to stay. Beautifully presented and very comfortable. It's a short walk to the local Gofl Club, coffee shop and beach.

1/42 Ocean street ....Top spot!

We stayed for a week. The beds were great. The decor was modern and it was a stone's throw to the beach. It was opposite the cemetery but that was ok for us. We will stay again in future! Optional- The master room needed a heavy curtain to block out the sun to aid a sleep in.

Staying in mollymook

The house itself is beautiful and clean but my problem was the house is across from a graveyard which wasn’t mentioned in the advertising.
