The Location - Albacore is located at the quieter Western end of Shoal Bay Beach. Cross the grass to Shoal Bay Beach and just 500 metres from family friendly Little Beach or the Shoal Bay shops and cafes. There is a pool in the complex, as well as a communal gas BBQ.
The Apartment - This second floor apartment is spacious, with excellent water views across the Bay right through to the headlands. Take in the views from the large balcony, leading into an air conditioned open plan living and dining area with free unlimited Wi-Fi, a flat screen Smart TV and a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom also offers water views and has a queen bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has two single beds and two trundle beds. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. Plus the main bathroom with shower and bath and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer.
One undercover secure car space and lift access to the apartment. No boat or trailer parking at this property.

Great place but cleanliness...
Great view and spacious place but when we arrived there were dirty towels on the floor and the carpet was dirty with rubbish. Only one clean towel was provided for 5 people.

Great little flat - awesome location & views
Loved this apartment, stayed with 6 ladies, plenty of room for everyone ... some of the facilities could do with a makeover, but overall very comfortable. Fantastic location, walk across to shoal bay beach for a swim or just take a dip in the pool ... would stay here again.

Top spot in Shoal bay
Having a winter break with large family at this unit was great.
The unit has great views and metres from the beach.
Very clean and comfy, the place had everything needed.
AC heating kept the cold out at night.
Parking easy but was low season
Great location for walks and Shoal bay.
Overall a great unit in a great spot

Best winter weekender
Great apartment, lots of room for big family. Views are stunning, Very comfortable lounge area. Nice and clean, easy to maintain.
Location is super quiet but just an easy walk to Shoal bay restaurants etc.
Parking easy, was low season.

Everything we needed
We had a lovely stay in this unit. Had everything we needed to cook and the kids loved having Netflix. Unit very neat and clean, big plus! Only downside would be that the pool could have been a little cleaner, but that really is being a bit nitpicky.

Fabulous location
We were 6 ladies all celebrating our 50th Birthday and we loved everything about it except- place we booked it from- not on the ball (not very professional) and didn't no about coffee making in apartment and they should. Just so you know it does have 2 plungers. But get past that and a fantastic spot... Just amazing

Family short break
Had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The views were spectacular and it is right opposite the beach, it was just perfect. The weather was not kind to us, but the views from the apartment even when raining were spectacular and so the rain did not matter as much. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very spacious: would stay there again

Fabulous outlook
This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit. It’s a decent size with 3 bedrooms. The best thing about it is the wonderful views from the balconies. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, sandwich press etc. Appliances such as the oven & fridge are showing their age. We cooked a few meals in the oven that didn’t get as hot as I was hoping! Bedrooms on the Western side did heat up considerably - ceiling fans helped. Building has a lift and pool so that was great. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Great Getaway
Fantastic location and comfortable accommodation. Kitchen equipped with decent cookware and every possible appliance you might need. Quiet with brilliant views from balcony and BBQ terrace. Great value compared to other places we have stayed in Nelson Bay and photos don't do it justice. Next stay already booked

Awesome location
Well appointed 3BR unit with amazing views set in between Shoal bay and Little Beach with walking distance to shops and lovely bush walks in Tomaree NP. Short drive to wonderful Nelson bay. Unit has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful relaxing family holiday, including lift access.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
