Ideal holiday unit opposite Nelson Bay Beach
The Location: This unit is ideally situated and boasts fantastic waterfront views. The unit is across the road from Nelson Bay Beach which is a pretty beach with calm waters perfect for swimming, you can also hire Kayaks and stand up paddle boards in the high season of the school holidays and Easter. The lovely Fly Point park is just 400m away which offers shady grassed area, BBQ area, Skate park, fantastic snorkeling /diving and markets occupy the park on some weekends. A 550m walk in the opposite direction brings you to Nelson Bay CBD and the d'Albora Marina where you will find an array of water activities and cruises, boutique shopping and plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from.
The Unit: A Yachtsmans Rest is unusual in its structure so not only has it been designed to provide amazing views but also for ample outdoor and indoor living space and privacy. This first floor unit has a lovely open plan living area on a split level, the upper level hosts the well equipped kitchen complete with oven/stovetop, refrigerator, portable bench mounted ice maker and dishwasher and the carpeted dining area (plus high chair). The lower level boasts the roomy lounge area with plenty of seating and offers wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning, a SmartTV and FREE WIFI. This layout flows beautifully out to a versatile outdoor living area. The large undercover balcony area is a fantastic entertaining area and offers magnificent views over the Bay. It hosts a good size table and chairs, two sun loungers and a gas BBQ.
The unit is complete with three bedrooms, the master bedroom is at the front of the unit allowing this room to have fantastic water views and access to the outdoor balcony, it also has an ensuite with a shower. Bedroom two has two single beds and bedroom three has a tri bunk (double on the bottom and single on top), and the third bedroom has its own private outdoor area which is security screened. The bathroom has a bath, shower large vanity and a toilet. The internal laundry and double parking garage complete this unit.
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Great place to stay
Beautiful place to stay the unit was clean and tidy. Nicely renovated and
Amazing views
But Would recommend bringing your own bed covers, could tell the bed covers weren’t washed on arrival they had blood stains on the pillow cover but thankfully I had brought along my own bed sheets during our stay.
Other than that it was a perfect place to stay.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -
1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –
i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.
ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.
iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.
3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
