 Fishermans Bay General Attractions

Fishermans Bay is one of the most spectacular and best kept secrets on the peninsula. Totally secluded and surrounded by Tomaree National Park this little village is nestled between Anna Bay and Boat Harbour, The bay is sandy and protected by an outer reef which makes it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and of course for fishing. What's more, it's so romantic, this is one of the few places on the east coast of Australia where you can watch sunsets over the Pacific Ocean and the annual winter migration of the Humpback whales simultaneously. Even in the height of summer, there is no struggling to find a prime place to surf/swim and lay in the sun. It is the perfect place from which to discover all that is magic about Port Stephens.
