The bathroom has a seperate shower, toilet and bath. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and outdoor drying facilities. The house is only a 200 metre stroll to Birubi Beach where you can access a boat ramp to the sea and also start a day trip along the Stockton Beach Dunes.
