Over head ceiling fan + reverse cycle air conditioner. Also has a slow combustion wood fire heater in the living area (great atmosphere). Polished floor boards throughout and timber venetian blinds. New bathroom with vanity, separate corner shower and toilet very modern no bath. Kitchen is bright and modern with a new upright stove, microwave, etc. no dishwasher. Large covered patio area at rear of property with gas bbq and outdoor setting. External laundry situated at the end of this patio with washer and dryer. The property is fully fenced, off street parking on concrete driveway leading to double gates (which can be locked) and then onto a lock up garage. Height approx. 76 ideal for 1 car or a small boat. All flat land so would be really good for a boat as you can drive it into the yard and lock up the gates.
